DataChambers expands disaster recovery work center
Winston-Salem, N.C. (June 18, 2007)
Due to significant growth and demand DataChambers, LLC, has expanded its on-site disaster recovery work center from 250 to 800 seats. The center allows partnered businesses to relocate their employees to the DataChambers facility in the event an emergency that renders companies’ primary location unusable, such as a fire or flood.
DataChambers specializes in electronic data storage, network and monitoring solutions, managed hosting solutions, co-location services, secure tape vaulting, and off-site records storage and management.
The additional seats have been added to the DataChambers facility in Winston-Salem. Most of the seats are pre-fitted with computers; the remainder have 24-hour set-up capabilities.
“This expansion will allow us to offer piece of mind to more businesses around the Southeast, especially as we get deeper into hurricane season,” said Nicholas Kottyan, CEO of DataChambers. He added, “With our data backup service as an integral part of our service agreement, the companies that relocate to our newly expanded space will have full access to their data files.”
