Joel Lemke was named Executive Vice President in 2017 and also serves as President of the Technology Solutions business unit. An experienced senior executive, he formerly served in senior leadership positions for companies including IBM, Dassault Systemes and founded his own company NovaQuest, LLC. Joel has more than 30 years of experience in strategy, product development, marketing, sales, services and support, primarily in the technology field. A member of numerous professional associations, Joel earned a BSEE degree from Purdue University.
Vice President, Cloud Architecture and Security
Patrick Craig is DataChambers’ chief technology expert and leads our Network Operations Center (NOC). Patrick is highly experienced in the hardware, software and industry protocols that underpin successful networks and data centers. In fact, he helped us design the sophisticated infrastructure we use to support mission-critical business functions for our clients. Patrick previously served in various management roles for Divine Inc., a software and technology company. He also is a former vice president of IT technologies for NetUnlimited, where he managed three of the company’s divisions and designed an infrastructure to support thousands of users.
General Manager, Charlotte Region
Brian Cesca leads our Charlotte-area operations, including our new data center on the NC Research Campus in Kannapolis. He previously was a partner and vice president of sales at Trust Technology Solutions. He also represented technology services and solutions for both Stanford Keene and Yoh IT. Brian is a member of both the North Carolina Technology Association and CoreNet Carolinas. He is also active in Apparo, an organization providing technology expertise to nonprofits.
General Manager, Raleigh Region
Marc Montoro leads our Raleigh-area operations, including our regional data center located just south of downtown Raleigh. Before joining DataChambers, he was a senior director with the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA), responsible for programming, peer networks and member engagement. He also has worked previously in IT staffing and professional services with TEKsystems and with Lucas Group. Marc earned a B.A. in industrial relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
