Nicholas L. Kottyan - President & CEO
With more than 30 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, Nicholas Kottyan is especially well-versed in the critical IT challenges facing today’s businesses. Along with his team of IT professionals they help develop strategies for its clients to implement business continuity plans, data center outsourcing strategies and find cost-effective ways to monitor, manage, and maintain critical data networks. Mr. Kottyan is the recent past chair for the North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA) in addition to being a member on the Winston-Salem Chambers’ IT advisory council.
Lawrence Boening - COO/CTO
Lawrence Boening co-founded DataChambers and has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in technology business management, technical systems integration, operations and engineering. Prior to forming DataChambers, he was National Director of Field Data Services for KMC Telecom, a telecommunications Competitive Local Exchange Carrier operating in 35 markets across the eastern United States. In addition, Mr. Boening was also the founder and Director of the Advanced Integration Group for Executone Communication Systems providing voice and data integration solutions to 256 U.S. and Canadian markets.
Ken Chinchar - VP, Sales & Marketing
Ken Chinchar leads corporate sales and marketing for DataChambers and is responsible for strategic growth opportunities. Previously he worked in executive leadership positions at Level 3 Communications, TW Telecom, Cincinnati Bell and AT&T. He is a former chairman of the North Carolina Technology Association, and he serves on the board of advisors for both the UNC-Charlotte College of Computing and Informatics and the Queens University McColl School of Business. He also is a board member and executive team member with IT-oLogy Charlotte, a nonprofit committed to IT talent development.
Patrick Craig - Chief Enterprise Architect
Patrick Craig is our chief technology expert and leads DataChambers Network Operations Center (NOC). Highly experienced in the hardware, software and industry protocols that underpin successful networks and data centers – he was instrumental in the design of the sophisticated infrastructure DataChambers uses to support mission-critical business functions for its clients. Before joining DataChambers, Mr. Craig served in various management roles for Divine Inc., a software and technology company. He also served as vice president of IT technologies for NetUnlimited, where he managed three of the company’s divisions and designed the infrastructure needed to support thousands of users.
Brian Cesca - General Manager, Charlotte Region
Cesca joined DataChambers in 2012 with more than 15 years of experience in information technology and business development. He previously was a partner and vice president of sales at Trust Technology Solutions and also sold technology services and solutions for Stanford Keene and Yoh IT. In addition to being a member of the North Carolina Technology Association and CoreNet Carolinas, Mr. Cesca is also heavily active with Apparo, an organization providing technology expertise to nonprofits in the Charlotte area.
